ELC serves as your dedicated event partner — managing your full event calendar across conferences, leadership summits, and retreats. You bring the vision and the mission. We bring the infrastructure, the systems, and the team to execute flawlessly.

What's included: — Event strategy and concept development — Full budget management and financial oversight — Venue and Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation — AV, catering, transportation, lodging — Speaker management and run-of-show production — On-site management and staff coordination — Post-event analytics and reporting

Investment is scoped per event based on travel, on-site commitment days, and team members required.

Venue & Vendor Sourcing

Full RFP process, contract negotiation, and a complete recommendation report. Available as a standalone service for organizations that need expert sourcing support without full event management.

Sourcing Essentials — Up to 5 venues or vendors · $750 Sourcing Pro — Up to 10 venues or vendors · $1,250 Sourcing Complete — Unlimited venues or vendors · $2,000

All tiers include: — Full RFP development and distribution — Vendor comparison report — Contract negotiation — Final recommendation with supporting documentation

Custom Event Registration Websites powered by Cvent

ELC is a licensed Cvent partner, meaning we design, build, and manage your event's digital infrastructure from registration through on-site check-in.

What's included: — Custom branded event registration website — Payment collection — Session and speaker management — Attendee communication and email automation — On-site check-in and badge printing setup — Post-event reporting and analytics

On-site execution is available as an à la carte addition. Investment is based on scope of assignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with clients outside of the United States? Yes. ELC provides national and global event management services.

How far in advance should we engage ELC? For Event Portfolio Management we recommend 6–12 months before your first event. For Venue & Vendor Sourcing, 15–30 days is ideal to allow response time from the process.

How is pricing determined? Event Portfolio Management is priced per event based on scope and does not include additional expenses provided by the clients - travel, on-site commitment days, and team members required. Venue & Vendor Sourcing is available in three tiers. ELC does not work on commission terms. All fees are transparent, agreed upon in writing, and never influenced by vendor relationships.

What types of organizations do you work with? ELC primarily serves nonprofits, professional associations, and corporate teams producing conferences, leadership summits, and retreats.
