Cvent Event Websites & Mobile Apps

Custom event registration websites and mobile apps powered by Cvent. ELC is a licensed Cvent partner, meaning we design, build, and manage your event's digital infrastructure from registration through on-site check-in.

What's included: — Custom branded event registration website — Mobile event app design and build — Session and speaker management — Attendee communication and email automation — On-site check-in and badge printing setup — Post-event reporting and analytics

On-site execution is available as an à la carte addition.

Do you work with clients outside of the United States? Yes. ELC provides national and global event management services.

How far in advance should we engage ELC? For Event Portfolio Management we recommend 6–12 months before your first event. For Venue & Vendor Sourcing, 15–30 days is ideal to allow response time from the process.

Do you offer Cvent registration websites and mobile apps? Yes. Stephanie is a licensed Cvent partner and can design and build custom event registration websites and mobile apps as a standalone service or as part of full event management.

How is pricing determined? Event Portfolio Management is priced per event based on scope — travel, on-site commitment days, and team members required. Venue & Vendor Sourcing is available in three tiers starting at $750. ELC does not work on commission terms. Our fees are transparent, agreed upon in writing, and never influenced by vendor relationships.
